Q: Do you do customized pieces?

A: As each piece is handmade, we are able to accommodate some customizations mainly in color and/or in size. Please contact us and verify prior to ordering that your request can be made. Additional charges may apply.

Q: What materials are used?

​

A: The chains are high quality gold / silver plated (white or oxidized) or stainless steel. The beads are made of wood, acrylic, silicon, glass, crystal, metal, or natural gemstones. The necklaces are made over a thin, strong, silicon-coated steel wire. Some necklaces have tassels, leather strips, or faux leather parts. A materials list is in the description of each item next to its picture.

Q: Are the products exactly as they appears in the photo?

​

A: A lot of effort is put into trying to represent the items realistically. However, slight differences in the colors might occur, due to lighting changes, the screen used to view the photo, and other factors.

Q: What about warranty? 

​

A: All jewelry items have a 6 month warranty, starting at purchase date.

Warranty is voided if product use is not according to the instructions of use and special warnings provided at Jewelry Care & Wear.
