Q: Which payment methods are accepted?

A: Online order through the website is possible, if using one of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. PayPal is also accepted.

Q: Can I come to pick up my order from Old Tappan, New Jersey and pay on site?

A : Yes. It is also possible to order an item and pick it up, by arrangement, from Old Tappan, NJ to avoid shipment costs. On site payment include all of the above plus cash and Venmo. Please remember to choose self-pick up option when you checkout.

Q: I made a mistake. Can I cancel my order?

We get it, we all make mistakes. If you wish to cancel your order just reach out to us ASAP at info@daphne-style.com.

Our orders are fulfilled quickly (because we know that waiting for a package to arrive feels like a lifetime) but we would be happy to look into your order and see if canceling is possible due to your order not being sent yet.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. You can track your order on the USPS site.

Q: How long until I receive my order?

A: We strive to ship out your orders within 48 hours of purchase, once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Please allow 3-5 business days in some cases. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email. Shipping time will take 3-5 business days. Shipping outside the US may take 1-2 weeks.
Important: an order that does not have a valid phone number or email address may not be fulfilled.

Q: What are the shipping charges?

A: We charge a $9 flat rate for destinations within the US with Priority mail. For shipping to Israel we charge $18 for orders up to $49, and $25 for orders between $49-$99 (with USPS First Class).
We offer free shipment for purchases of $49 and above, within the US, and free shipping to Israel for purchases of $99 and above. It is also possible to order an item and pick it up, by arrangement, from Old Tappan, NJ to avoid shipment costs. Please remember to choose the self pick-up option when you check out. Local free deliveries are offered to the following zip codes: 07675, 07670, 07620, 07621, 07624, 07626, 07627, 07628, 07640, 07641, 07647, 07648, 10983, 10976 (please use the "local free delivery" option when you check out).
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Q: What are the shipping options?

A: At this time we ship only with Priority Mail by USPS. We use First Class shipping for international shipping.

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. A: We ship to the United States and Israel. Shipping to other countries is possible, but not automatic in check-out. To find out if it is possible to ship to a specific address outside the USA and what the shipment cost would be, please contact us directly.

Q: Do you ship to multiple addresses?

A: At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you have more than one address, please make a separate order for each address.
